You can now add your brand and logo to Sales and Work Done Reports. To upload your logo, find the “Edit Team” link on the top right of your Team overview page (the one that lists all the sites).

Need to show your clients what all you’ve been up to? The Work Done Report will show them an overview of all the Recommendations that are live, plus details on any links you’ve built or other changes made in our system over the last month. Check it out under the Reports menu, and show your client how hard you’ve been working. =)

3.) Export the FULL LIST of Automations

Warning! Warning! This file may be big.

We’ve added a Recommendations Export report, which – you guessed it – is a big ole spreadsheet of every single change you’ve made for your clients with our Automations sytem. You can use it to add transparency to your SEO campaigns and also to remind clients that this isn’t work they want to be doing themselves =)

One note: In the interest of brevity, we only show the first instance of Automations that are repeated across other pages on the site.

In addition to the bug fixes and load improvements, we’ve added more details on your Recommendations plus the ability to approve certain categories on a case-by-case basis versus sitewide.

So, you get more granular control of your Automations plus a better experience.

Our API is currently available for Agency and Enterprise users. To generate an API key, view the documentation and begin making requests, check out the “API Keys” link in the Team dropdown menu on the left hand side of your dashboard.

We currently have endpoints for Sites, Keywords and a sample of the Automation Recommendations available.

You can now export Keywords history, ranking and data reports in CSV format.

You can also create a Site Report PDF that will show an overview of the ranking opportunities, OnPage optimizations and more to just to (potential) clients or for internal use.

You can find both Reports in the left hand menu inside your dashboard.

We’re still working on both features so welcome any and all feedback!

Our site crawler now also defaults to crawling all sub-domain pages when optimizing for a root domain.

We now offer 20 additional plans so you can scale your SEO automation up or down in real-time based on your business needs.

There was a bug over the past few days where keyword rankings were being erroneously shown as not ranking in the top 100.

We’ve now fixed the bug.

• There was an issue where keywords would sometimes erroneously report as being unranked, when in fact the site does rank in the top 100 of Google for that keyword.
• Our Self-Optimizing alert emails were giving an inaccurate recommendation count in the body of the email.

Both of these are now fixed!

Also, just a word of note: we are constantly working on improving this software. Many of our releases are for backend improvements that as a user you might not immediately notice, so they don’t warrant a post here.

NOTE: Please do keep in mind that when you delete keywords from a site, you will lose any optimization tasks associated with that keyword.

Normally, Alli picks up your highest ranking URL from Google and uses that URL for keyword tracking and optimization.

Of course, there are plenty of cases in SEO where you might want to pick your own URL which isn’t the highest ranked URL for that keyword…

And now you can =)

To set a custom URL for any keyword, just click the “Edit” button on the Keyword table (looks like a pencil). On the next page you can set a custom URL until your little heart’s content.

Anytime you change a URL, we’ll also update all of your tasks for that keyword with the new URL!

In most cases, when you add a new Focus Keyword to Alli, you should now have updated tasks for that keyword in your dashboard within minutes.

We’ve also fixed a number of bugs including a bug where some users received an error message when changing their Focus Keyword.

This was probably the most requested change over the last few months…

Any external links will have an “arrow” icon next to them, that way you know ahead of time that a new tab will be opened…

That’s it!

Plus, our most recent update included a number of small bug fixes. Everything from typos to fixing an issue with the New Keywords form that affected Safari users…

Alli AI is proud to announce that we’ve just launched a “Contributor” module for our “Outreach Link” algorithm.

What this module does is examination your niche for guest posting and article contributor opportunities and then recommend those link opportunities to you.

Please note that we’re still learning and fine tuning the algorithm!

Your recommendations can be very different from keyword-to-keyword. So if you don’t like the Contributor link recommendations Alli gives you for one keyword, just change your Focus Keyword and Alli will find some more links for you

Alli will then give you step-by-step instructions on how to pitch, write and post your article for maximum SEO impact.

You can expect anywhere from five to 25 contributor link recommendations for every keyword you optimize.

Normally, Alli’s algorithm decides which keyword is the most important for you to optimize. But, sometimes you might want to decide that for yourself

So you can now manually set your Focus Keyword and have Alli tell you how to optimize your site for that keyword.

Simply click the “Edit” button next to that keyword in your keyword table. Then click the “Set Focus Keyword” button y voilà!

You can manually reset your Focus Keyword every twelve hours. So have fun and get to ranking!

From now on, when you add new keywords you’ll have the option to track them locally or nationally.

You can track locally for virtually any town or city on Earth. Your task suggestions will also be catered to your local competition for that keyword.

To add local tracking to an existing keyword, simply click the “Edit” button next to that Keyword in your rank tracking table. From there, you can set local tracking to wherever you want! Enjoy =)

We’ve dropped the traffic projections from this screen. The reason we dropped them is we weren’t happy with the quality of traffic data we were able to provide for our users.

Instead, we have replaced these numbers with an overview of your keyword rankings improvement since you started using Alli AI.

The bug was causing certain keywords for some user accounts to show incorrect information on the lifetime rankings changes to their keywords.

All user account keywords should be refreshed and accurate within the next 24 hours.

So, we dug into our code, made some changes to the old algorithm, plus added new integrations to Quora and Reddit.

These improvements will find all of the best outreach opportunities for your business.

We estimate you should now have 500% or more recommendations than before. We are also updating our step-by-step outreach guidelines.

…We’ve just completed an upgrade to our Niche Link Finder!

We’ve added some more Machine Learning input and some secret sauce to better estimate your probability of getting a recommended link.

This is especially true for link recommendations with high probability scores.

From now on, if you see a Niche Link in your dashboard with a high probability score, chances are you can build that link.
